F5 Networks and Acopia Networks have completed their integration of all support tools, applications, content and infrastructure for all Acopia products. This means that all of the worldwide F5 Networks Support Centers (NSCs) are now fully online and available to receive support calls for ARX Data Solutions products. Online portals have been consolidated and all service maintenance contracts have been transitioned and aligned to equivalent F5-branded service offerings.

NOTE: As of March 1, 2008, all new cases submitted online must be logged through the F5 Customer Support Portal. For customer support cases logged prior to January 22, 2008, the Acopia Networks Support Portal will be available until April 1, 2008 for archival purposes only. After April 1, 2008, the older Acopia Networks Support Portal will be retired.
