Acopia Networks offers several levels of hands-on training to ensure customers achieve the maximum value of their ARX investment. Courses are at Acopia's headquarters in Lowell, Massachusetts and in Munich, Germany. In addition, onsite training is available for groups of 6 or more.

ARX 101 - Introduction to Adaptive Resource Switching (ARX)
A 3 ½-day session designed to help students successfully:

Understand the differences between the products in the ARX family

Understand the ARX hardware architecture

Pre-qualify storage to be virtualized

Apply file, age and load balancing policies

Perform basic ARX troubleshooting

Design a basic namespace for CIFS/NFS

ARX 201 - Systems Administrator Training
A two-day workshop designed to help students successfully:

Monitor/trend ARX resources

Add/remove storage

Configure email home functionality

Perform basic troubleshooting tasks

This course is intended for system administrators responsible for managing and monitoring the ARX system on a day-to-day basis.
